When somethings go wrong?

When we work with computers and portals we sometimes wonder why? Like when you sign into a portal and get access then you get a page that says.

I guess you wonder why it does not say :

"sorry you are on the wrong page! You are logged into our system but have no access to this section"

You would be happy with that, as nothing really has gone wrong you have just entered the portal from the wrong web address.
